Painting Parties

Large Group Reservations: No party packages, flat rates, or food. Just $6 studio fees plus the price of whatever you pick out. Perfect for casual groups, adults, or people paying independently. 

Party Package: A flat rate of $20 per painter which includes $12 in pottery, all studio fees, pizza, and drinks. Minimum of 8 people. 

Large Group and Party Policies:
1. Party Packages: We will order one large pizza for every 4 painters. In the case of kids parties, they may result in some extra for parents. If you wish to order additional pizza above the 4:1 ratio, the pizzas are $10 per pie. 

2. For kids parties: The Clayroom parties are intended to be DROP OFF parties. If any additional adults aside from the host parents stay for the party, The Clayroom retains the right to charge $6 for each non painter. Please understand the space for the extra guests cause us to turn away our regular customers. For room exclusivity without the extra cost, ask us about our private 10am-12pm party slot!

3. For Private Parties where we close off the entire studio for only your group, you have two options.
a) Reserve 11am-1pm. The Clayroom does not open until 12pm every day. Customers are welcome to book as early as 11am at no extra cost. From 11am-12pm, we will be open exclusively for your group.
b) Closed studio events. Booking the entire studio during our normal hours of operation requires a $240 deposit. This deposit can be transferable if the date needs to be changed, but is non refundable. This deposit will cover booking the room as well as all guests studio fees. The day of your event you will simply pay for your pottery. Our max capacity is 40 people. 

5. Payment must be made the day of the event. Any organization that requires time to process payment must contact The Clayroom at least 2 weeks before your event to coordinate billing.
