Do I need a reservation?
No, but it is recommended.  We can be full at any time.

I painted something there a while ago. How long do you hold onto pottery?
We hold all pieces for a 30 day guarantee. 

Is it possible to have my pottery rushed in under 5 days?
It is certainly possible, but not guaranteed. Rush firings will be handled on a case by case basis.

Do you offer anything that can be  taken home in one day?
No we do not. Unfortunately, all of our products require 5 days from the time you finish painting.

Can I order specific pieces?
Absolutely! To make custom orders you have two options:
1. For no upfront costs we can add you to our "Requests Wait List" for customers who would like certain pieces, but have a flexible deadline. We will simply add your item to the soonest possible wholesale order we place.
OR
2. To guarantee having your desired item(s) ASAP, the item must be paid for in FULL and 20% of the ceramic price will be added to the total to pay for rush shipping. 

What are the age restrictions?
The only time we have an age restriction is Wednesday nights at 6pm. Wednesday night is 21+ only due to it being the time for our famous Wine and Cheese nights. Other than that, we are always open to anyone of any age. For more information about Wine and Cheese night, please see our "Weekly Specials" page. 

Are there set times when I am allowed to come in?
Our hours are 12pm-10pm. During those hours our doors are always open for painters, but keep in mind our recommendations for making reservations. We ask that you arrive no later than 8:00pm as it takes most guests around 2-3 hours to complete their pottery.
